This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We cannot confirm, recall, clear, or serve a warrant; accept bond or fines; arrange a surrender; or provide legal advice.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Use the office tied to the warrant or case. The Cherokee County court directs a person who suspects a county warrant to appear in person at the Sheriff’s Department. The Sheriff’s published general number is available around the clock, but no official source promises warrant confirmation by phone.
